Overview
Finance teams were reconciling thousands of transactions across four systems in spreadsheets. We replaced that with a single dashboard that surfaces only the rows that need a human.
The challenge
The hard part wasn't the UI. It was matching records across systems that disagreed on dates, amounts, and identifiers, fast enough to feel interactive.
What we did
We built a rules engine with a cached matching pipeline, then designed an interface that shows confidence rather than hiding it. Anything ambiguous gets escalated with the evidence attached.
