Sirius Labs is a digital product studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or engage us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything else you choose to include when you submit our contact form or email us directly.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page, and aggregate page views. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you have engaged us for.
To send project-related communication, invoices, and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about our work. Every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages of this site are useful, so we can improve them.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us or subscribe), the performance of a contract (when we are delivering work for you), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving this website.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and accounting), each bound by their own data protection obligations.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Project and financial records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it.

8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
