The challenge
Health data raises the bar on everything: encryption at rest and in transit, audit trails, and an onboarding flow that a 70-year-old can complete without a phone call to reception.
What we did
We designed for the least confident user first, tested with real patients at every milestone, and built the compliance requirements into the architecture rather than auditing them in afterwards.
